Subsidy opportunities for grassland areas

As part of the Grassland-HU LIFE integrated project, the publication “Grassland Subsidy Opportunities in the Light of the Common Agricultural Policy 2021-2027” was published by the National Chamber of Agriculture. The document is available online (see below)and on the Chamber’s website.

Hungary’s first LIFE Integrated Project on nature conservation, Grassland-HU, is being implemented in collaboration with several partners, including The Hungarian Chamber of Agriculture (HCA). The main objective of the project is the long-term conservation of Pannonian grasslands and related habitats. It aims to achieve this, among other things, through effective actions against invasive species, targeted protectins activities on some focus species, or the establishement of the Grassland Protection Advisory Service . This service provides assistance to farmers throughout the country in managing Pannonian grasslands.

Thanks to the project, a short publication was produced, which presents the possibilities of the current subsidy policy for grassland farmers.

The publication is available on the project and NAK websites under the publications section or  by clicking here.
