On 8 January 2025, the Hortobágy National Park Directorate will organize the fifth event in its lecture series connected to the Grassland-HU LIFE Integrated Project.

The speaker of the upcoming event will be Dr. Péter Kun, farmer and senior representative of the Hungarian Beef Cattle Breeders’ Association, who will present applied and adaptive pasture management.

The aim of the Directorate’s programme series is to explore the origins, causes, and impacts of differing perspectives that arise from the distinct yet interdependent activities of conservation managers and farmers; to identify shared objectives; and to foster dialogue for more effective cooperation.

The fifth lecture will take place on 8 January 2025, starting at 5:00 p.m., in the Hortobágy National Park Visitor Centre (4071 Hortobágy, Petőfi Square 9).
